These aren't traditional Mayan styles - but they are fun and
beautiful and safe for you and your doll. We have worked with
our Mayan friends to make colorful doll necklaces of materials they
make "friendship bracelets" out of. You can get one for your
doll to wear as a necklace and one for you to wear as a bracelet.
Traditional Mayan necklaces would be made of glass beads that might
break and metal clasps that would require expensive testing for
lead. These are fun and safe alternatives.
