back-strap loom. Hand embroidered decoration around neck of
synthetic yarns. The base material is also probably synthetic acrylic. Panels
have fringed ends. Sides are open so can be worn as a poncho or
easily hemmed closed. Note side 1 inch edges are a rust red.
