Wholesale Inquiries and Policies:

• Price Inquiries - We welcome wholesale price inquiries, especially for our Terra Experience doll clothes and related products. We have a wholesale price sheet for Terra Experience doll clothes and accessories. Contact Lynn at  lynn@terraexperience.com or 608-849-8720 for the "Doll Clothes" wholesale price sheet and other wholesale price information.
  
  Depending on availability, we sell some other Terra Experience products with wholesale discounts.    Since we do not have a separate website for wholesale orders at this time, we suggest sending us an email with a list or pictures of items you are interested in or contacting us via phone and we will send you a quote. Please ask! We are usually able to provide at least a 10% discount on most items and more on others.
   

•  If you order items in quantities before our annual trip to Guatemala (usually by January 10^th) we may be able to provide additional price discounts.
   

• Wholesalers must provide wholesale sellers tax number or equivalent as well as other contact information.  Initial wholesale order must be at least $200.  If your business has made $200 worth of purchases with Terra Experience in the past 12 months,  minimum wholesale orders are $50.00. 
   

• Wholesale orders may be placed by email, phone (608-849-8720) or on the web.   Since we do not have a separate website for wholesale orders at this time, we suggest sending us an email with a list or pictures of items you are interested in or contacting us via phone and we will send you a quote.  Payment is required in full before shipment from Madison, WI.   We use Paypal or Square-up for credit or debit card payments. We also accept Paypal payments or checks.
   

• Shipping is from Madison, Wisconsin usually via United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless other type of shipping is requested.  We will work with you to figure out the best shipping options.   You pay only for the actual price of shipping and insurance (if desired).  We document that your order is shipped and usually can provide tracking numbers. 
  
  We do ship world-wide.  Please let us know if you have specific guidance for shipping to your country. 
   

• Returns are expensive for everyone.  Please review carefully before placing your order.  If for some reason you are not satisfied you may return any of our product(s) within 15 days of receipt. Do call us (608-849-8720) for prior approval. We are constantly working to improve our products, so your feedback is appreciated and important.  To receive credit please pack carefully to ensure that the product is returned in the original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defects or a result of our error.  
  
  In the unlikely event a package happens to be damaged in shipping, please keep the packaging, take a picture (if easily done) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package, for further directions. 
   

• Artisan Stories and Pictures ---  To help your sales, we will gladly provide the artwork we use for Terra Experience doll clothes hangtags and 7 x 11” table display posters.  You can use them directly or modify to tell the stories of Terra Experience artisans and their products.  You will also find information on the Terra Experience website and we welcome your suggestions.
