Hi Cynthia  here are some options for girls huipils that I think might fit your daughter given then dimensions you gave me.  I can give you dimension of any you are interested in. I included a 12" ruler at the top and bottom of the picture to help give a sense of dimensions.  I have others - but I thought this might be a good place to start.  I can get skirts and belts to go with once she has decided on huipil.
